I don't know if I should even be telling you about this place. It's the perfect example of small-town America - just the way it is. Friendly, close-knit neighborhoods, comfortable homes with large lots, and traditional downtown businesses where -as the tune goes - "everybody knows your name".

To the residents of this town, the value of Loomis California real estate is more aptly to be measured by the quality of life here, than by strictly financial terms. Loomis homes are not of the cramped 'elbow-to-elbow' tract-home variety that you find in too many California communities today. There are trees, streams, wildlife & rolling hills in the beautiful landscape here. And the Loomis home owners are determined to keep it that way, through the efforts of the town's official Loomis Open Space Committee, and supporting groups such as LoomisOpenSpace. I would bet that major condominium development is not in the forseeable future for this community.

But, should you have the good fortune of being able to buy one of the fine homes here, you will find yourself within 20 minutes (easy) of all the shopping, restaurants, & entertainment you desire. And you'll still have heaven in your back yard.
